Marci, our hike leader, shared this heart rock she found, as well as sharing breaking free from a stronghold she had for a long time. I love this picture…united in sisterhood and friendship in Christ. My friend, Stacy, is in charge of the icebreaker and Friday night Karaoke! I just took a stencil and pen and did this on mine… There was also a Family Ministries catalog, and a bottle of water…Ī craft table was to be set up with items to decorate the tote bag with. Inside the bag was a folder with a welcome letter, shcedule, and a pen. Each woman picks a name and that is the woman she will pray for over the year…īev had these little Victorian style ceramic boxes that she gifted to everyone, along with a personal note from her.Ī few of the teens that attended the retreat made these stars out of song sheets. WOMEN NEVADA CITY RETREAT REGISTRATION
This is Linda, managing the registration table.

This year, she used birds, branches, and music sheets to tie in the focus on Worship and song… She always transforms the rooms into something beautiful and special. The retreat team leadership is comprised of twelve women who exhibit different skill sets and talents. About 50 women spent a weekend immersed in singing the hymns, and either being reminded of, or learning for the first time, God’s love for them. We recently had a Women’s Retreat, titled, ‘Falling in Love with God’. I serve as the retreat coordinator for a wonderful ministry and family, Reb and Bev Bradley, of Family Ministries.
